风光储智能应急电源系统研究

摘要: 应急电源系统(emergency power system,EPS)作为一种各类一级和特别重要负荷的交流应急电源得到广泛应用,风光互补发电系统是新能源利用的最佳匹配,其中,整合了储能系统的风光储联合发电系统具有极佳的应用前景。研制了一套风光储智能应急电源系统,利用静态开关(static transfer switch,STS)作为投切装置,进行以风光互补发电为平台的应急电源系统的研究,实现了储能系统的充放电控制及系统输出的智能判断和快速切换。

Abstract: The emergency power system is widely used as an AC backup power source for various kinds of first-class and especially important power load. Meanwhile, the wind-solar hybrid power system is the best configuration for energy use and the mode with energy storage has the best advantages in the future. A smart emergency power system with wind-solar storage is developed and an emergency power system of wind-solar hybrid with energy storage is studied by using the static transfer switch as a switch equipment to realize. This equipment can control charge and discharge process of energy storage and intelligently judge the output signal to switch rapidly.
