摘要: 对收集的2016年全国发电企业发生的热控系统故障中123起引起机组跳闸典型案例进行了统计分析,这些案例故障原因涉及系统设计配置、安装、检修维护及运行操作等方面。通过对这些典型案例的分析、提炼和总结,探讨了优化完善控制逻辑、规范制度和加强技术管理,提高热控系统可靠性、消除热控系统潜在隐患的预控措施,以进一步改善热控系统的安全健康状况,遏制机组跳闸事件的发生,提高发电机组和电网运行的可靠性。

Abstract: This paper conducts the statistical analysis on 123 typical cases of unit trip caused by the thermal control systems in the power generation enterprises nationwide in 2016. It concludes that the fault causes involve the system design and configuration, installation, maintenance and operation. Through the analysis, the pre-control measures to eliminate the potential risks are discussed from the aspects of the optimization of the control logics, the normalization of the systematic and technical management and the enhancement of the reliabilities of the thermal control system to further improve the security of the system, prevent the units from tripping and improve the reliabilities of the operation of the generation units and the power grids.
