摘要: 为了实现智能电网的功能,必须建设高速、双向、实时、集成的通信系统,使智能电网成为一个动态、实时信息及电力交换互动的大型基础设施。在智能电网发展环境下,重点论述了智能量测在通信技术、网络安全及标准化方面的机遇与挑战,讨论了如何实现互操作性、建立可扩展的网络解决方案以及现有网络技术如何应用于智能量测等关键问题。最后,论述了国际上智能电网通信标准化工作的现状,对建立中国智能电网通信网络架构和解决方案具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: In order to realize smart grid function, a high-speed, two-way, real-time and integrated communication system is required to make smart grid a large-scale, dynamic, real-time information and power exchange infrastructure. It discusses the opportunities and challenges in the development of smart grid, intelligent measurement in communication technology, network security and standardization. The key issues in interoperability implementation, scalable network solutions establishment and existing network technology application to intelligent measurement are also discussed. At last, the state of art of international smart grid communication standardization is introduced, which provides reference value to communication network architecture and solution of China’s smart grid.
