风电场风能资源储量和技术开发量估算方法

Estimation Method for Total Reserve and Technical Exploitation Amount of Wind Farm

摘要: 风电场规划前期,需要进行风能资源评估,得到实际风电场区域内的风能资源储量和技术开发量。提出了一种比较实用的关于风电场风能资源储量计算的技术路线,对江苏省某风电场工程进行了预装轮毂高度处风能资源储量和技术开发量的估算,并与实际布置风机后风电场年发理论电量继续对比,该风电场风能资源储量约为2.53万kW,技术可开发量约为1.98万kW,验证了该方法的适用性和准确性。

Abstract: During the early stage of wind farm planning, wind resources assessment is needed to obtain the total reserve and technical exploitation amount of the wind farm. An estimation method for calculating the total reserve and technical exploitation amount of the wind farm is proposed. The method is applied to wind farm in Jiangsu Province at 90m height. The comparison with annual theoretical generated energy verifies practicability and accuracy of proposed method.
