风电并网对接入地区电压的影响

摘要: 随着风电装机规模的不断扩大,大规模风电场接入地区电网后,对当地电网的电压造成影响,研究风电接入地区电网电压问题显得十分重要。以新疆哈密地区风电接入当地电网为例,统计了并网地区典型运行方式下的母线电压水平。建立风电场机组仿真模型,考虑尾流效应影响下的风速,通过实时数据进行潮流计算,分析与风电场有关的关键节点电压问题。针对当地电网的运行方式,提出了改善并网地区电压质量的措施,对投切电抗器和SVC 2种无功补偿方案进行计算并仿真了方案的可行性。在国内风机脱网的背景下,分析了投切电抗器可能对同一并网点的风电场群产生影响。

Abstract: Large scale wind power integration has influnece on local grid voltage. With the scale increase of the wind power capacity, the analysis of voltage influence with wind power integration becomes very important. Taking wind power integration in Hami area in Xinjiang as example, the bus voltage level in typical operating modes after wind power integration is analyzed in detail. The wind turbine simulation model is established with consideration of wind speed under wake effect. The voltages on key nodes are analyzed with real time power flow results. Two methods, namely reactor and SVC compensation, are discussed and simulated in order to improve voltage quality with wind power integration.
