利用负荷需求响应提高大规模风电并网能力

Research on demand response for wind power integration into smart grid

摘要: 提出利用负荷需求响应提高大规模风电并网能力的多目标优化方法。该方法按照负荷需求响应的特点,将响应负荷分为可中断负荷和用电激励负荷2个部分,并定义两者对等效负荷数据的概率密度函数和调峰容量的影响。通过量化需求响应与系统收益及调峰容量之间的比例关系,提出收益优化目标函数和调峰容量目标优化函数,利用模糊优化方法对多目标优化函数进行求解。以陕甘宁青夏季的等效负荷数据为例,对该算法进行验证,结果显示在更广的范围内配置风电时,利用负荷需求响应可有效提高电网调峰能力,扩大风电并网规模并提高系统的经济效益,为调度规划决策人员提供理论依据。

Abstract: A multiple-objective optimization method was presented to improve the ability of wind power integration of a grid by using the demand response. The method divides the demand response into interruptible load and consumption stimulation load; and then defines their influences to the probability density function of the equivalent load. Based on the quantitative relationship among demand response, system revenue and peak-regulation capacity, an optimal objective function for revenue and capacity was proposed. A fuzzy method was deployed to solve the optimization problem. Taking the equivalent load of the grid of Shaan-gan-ning-qing in Northwest China as an example, the test results show that the demand response can improve peak-regulating ability of the grid with widely distributed wind power generation and increase economic efficiency. This study can provide effective supporting information for dispatchers to do decision-makings.
