宁东直流山东侧电网稳定控制措施研究

摘要: 为了研究宁东直流双极故障对华北—华中电网同步安全稳定性的影响,在理论分析特高压交流试验示范工程静态稳定极限基础上,对宁东±660 kV直流工程与特高压联络线输送功率的耦合关系进行了深入分析,研究直流双极闭锁对特高压联络线潮流峰值的影响。基于实际电网算例,指出山东电网负荷模型是影响计算结果的重要因素,提出了宁东直流投运后山东电网稳定控制措施及配置实施方案,通过仿真验证了控制措施的有效性。提出了采用直流调制的方法提高华北—华中电网稳定水平。研究成果可为今后跨区电网稳定控制系统的实施提供参考。

Abstract: In order to study the influence of Ningdong DC bipolar fault on the synchronized security and stability of North-Central China power grid, the coupling between Ningdong ±660 kV DC project and UHV tie-line transmission power was analyzed based on the theoretical analysis of UHV AC pilot project steady stability limit. The influence of DC bipolar locking on the peak flow of UHV tie-line was investigated. According to the practical case study, load model of Shandong Grid was identified as an important factor in computation. The stability control measures and deployment scheme for Shandong grid after the operation of Ningdong DC project were proposed and tested by simulation. HVDC modulation is selected as the method to enhance stability in North-East Grid. The research result can be used as reference for future implementation of stability control system for interregional interconnection power system.
