智能变电站投运事故分析及其动模仿真

摘要: “十二五”期间智能电网将进入全面建设阶段,智能变电站是智能电网建设的关键环节,其运行状况直接影响着智能电网的安全稳定运行,因此应重视智能变电站调试的各个环节。对一起智能变电站投运事故进行了分析,事故过程是母线设备发生故障引出线路合并单元存在的缺陷并导致线路保护动作,通过动模仿真对事故进行了再现,验证了事故处理措施的正确性,并对相关设备进行了系统测试,为今后智能变电站设备调试测试提出了建议。

Abstract: During the “12th Five-Year” period, smart grid will enter the construction phase. Smart substation is a key part of the smart grid, and its operation status directly affects the safety and stability of the smart grid. Attentions therefore should be paid to all aspects of smart substation commissioning. An analysis was conducted on a protection action accident of a smart substation, which was caused by the defects of merging units of lines resulted from bus equipment faults. The dynamic simulation reconstructed accident and verified the correctness of treatment measures. Systematic testing was conducted on the related equipment, and some suggestions are proposed for future smart substation equipment commissioning test.
