IGCC电厂气化装置满负荷试验进展

Progress of the Full Load Test of the Gasification Unit in IGCC Power Station

摘要: 华能(天津)IGCC(整体煤气化联合循环)示范电厂是中国第一座IGCC电厂,其核心装置为中国自主研发设计的两段式干煤粉气化炉。天津IGCC电厂在解决运行不稳、烧嘴罩泄漏、设备故障等难题和完成机组大负荷试验的基础上,为了对机组进行深度调试,开展了气化装置满负荷试验。通过对比分析,IGCC电厂气化装置满负荷试验验证了系统的稳定性,同时也发现了系统潜在的部分问题,这为以后机组的放大改进积累了宝贵的数据和经验。

Abstract: Huaneng (Tianjin) IGCC (Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle) demonstration power station is the first IGCC station in China. The core device in the power station is the two-stage dry fine coal gasifier which is designed and manufactured by China independently. In order to debug the unit in depth, Tianjin IGCC power station carried out the full-load test of the gasification unit, after solving the problems of operation instability, burner cover leakage and equipment malfunction, and completing the heavy load test of the gasification unit. Through comparative analysis, the full-load test of the gasification unit has testified the stability of the system. Meanwhile, some potential problems of the system have been found. The test has enabled the accumulation of valuable data and experience for further amplification and improvement of the unit.
