摘要: 对燃煤电厂SCR(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)再生技术进行了介绍,并归纳总结出了催化剂再生作业的基本工艺流程及流程控制,为进一步规范现场再生过程及再生质量控制提供参考。同时结合SCR再生技术在北京某热电厂及汕头某电厂的应用经验,对现场再生过程中遇到的问题进行了深入分析,且有针对性地提出解决方案。

Abstract: In this paper, the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) catalysts regeneration technology is introduced with the basic technical process and its procedure controls being summarized which provide reference for the standardization of the regeneration process and quality control. In combination with the application experience of SCR catalyst regeneration technology in Beijing and Shantou, problems in the regeneration process onsite are thoroughly analyzed and the solutions are proposed accordingly.
