基于LabVIEW的特高压工程水土保持在线监测

摘要: 水土保持监测是输变电工程水土保持竣工验收必须进行的工作之一,随着电网改造、特高压工程的加快,监测量将越来越大,且输变电工程兼有点、线、目标点分散等特点,在这些前提下要实现电网水保数据采集、数据监测、数据发布、网络传输以及数据深入分析处理等任务,故采用了以LabVIEW软件平台为基准的一套在线监测系统。该监测系统包含气象信息与土壤侵蚀模数监测功能、数据采集与存储功能、数据传输功能与数据管理功能,实现了土壤侵蚀模量、气象数据等的在线实时获取与后期分析处理,可以清楚得到较长时间范围内的气象与土壤侵蚀量的变化率,且具有较高精度,该系统已在张北1 000 kV 变电站成功应用。其系统对现场环境数据的全面感知、实时监测也积极响应中国特色电网的建设,具有重要的工程与实际意义。

Abstract: Soil and water conservation monitoring is a precondition for the completion and acceptance of water and soil conservation engineering of transmission and transformation projects. With the China’s fast construction of UHV and other transmission and transformation projects, which is characterized with numerous and scattered points for soil and water conservation monitoring, the monitoring work quantity for data collection, data monitoring, data release, network transmission, and in-depth analysis and processing is enormously large. Therefore, an on-line monitoring system based on the LabVIEW software platform is proposed, which has such functions as meteorological information and soil erosion modulus monitoring, data collection and storage, data transmission and data management. With this system, the online real-time acquisition and post-analysis processing of soil erosion modulus and meteorological data can be achieved, and the variation rate of meteorology and soil erosion within a longer period of time can be clearly obtained with high accuracy. The system has been successfully applied to Zhangbei 1000 kV substation for real-time soil and water conservation monitoring.
