摘要: 锅炉作为特种设备,其运行状况关系到人民的生命财产安全。锅炉水质量对锅炉设备的安全运行及节能减排可产生非常大的影响。根据工作经验,就电站锅炉水质检测过程中影响检测结果的诸多因素,如检测标准的选择、现场取样环节、现场检测环节、实验室分析过程等进行分析,旨在通过提高水质检测结果的准确性来更好地指导锅炉安全、经济运行。

Abstract: As a specific type of equipment, the boiler’s operation conditions are closely related to the safety of the public’s life and property. Its water quality is greatly important to the the safe operation of the boiler as well as energy-saving and emission reduction. Based on the operation experiences, factors affecting the results of the boiler water quality detection including the detection standard selection, the field sampling, the field detection and the lab analysis process are analyzed. The purpose of the analysis is to improve the accuracy of the water quality test results to better guide the boiler’s safe and economic operation.
