电站锅炉典型热工参数软测量研究

摘要: 提出了基于最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)统计学习建模理论的电站锅炉热工参数软测量方法。在LSSVM软测量建模理论基础上,重点研究了热工参数的动态软测量建模及模型在线更新等核心问题。以锅炉飞灰含碳量和烟气含氧量为范例,以锅炉实际运行数据为基础验证了提出的软测量建模方法。在算法验证基础上设计了锅炉飞灰含碳量及烟气含氧量软测量平台,该软件平台在广东某600 MW机组进行了现场试验,验证了提出的锅炉热工参数软测量方法的正确性。

Abstract: In this paper, an algorithm for typical thermal parameters of utility boilers is proposed based on the least square support vector machine(LSSVM), in which the core issues, such as dynamic soft modeling and on-line updating of thermal parameters are intensively explored. Based on the boiler practical operation data, the proposed algorithm is verified with the carbon contents in the flying ash and the oxygen contents in the flue gas taken as cases. A software platform is designed and applied to the fly ash carbon and flue gas oxygen contents measurement for application verification. The software platform is tested in a 600-MW unit in Guangdong. The results prove the validity of the algorithm and the corresponding software platform.
