摘要: 浙江省电厂发生多起雷击损坏户外热控设备变送器、执行机构或引起测量信号波动的事件,乐清电厂尤为严重,对热控系统的安全稳定运行构成威胁。乐清电厂针对这些事件进行统计分析、开展专题研究。在对户外热控设备进行雷击风险评估的基础上,开发出专用防雷击部件,完善接地系统,实施后取得初步成效。通过对雷击损坏设备事件的原因分析与处理,提出了热控系统防止雷击的技术措施,供同行参考。

Abstract: The transmitter and actuator damage and measuring signal fluctuation of outdoor instrument and control (I & C) equipment caused by lightning happen frequently in the power plants of Zhejiang Province, especially in Yueqing Power Plant, which has seriously threatened the security and stability of the unit operation. The statistical analysis and investigation on the issue are carried out by the plant. Based on the risk assessment on the lightning stroke on the outdoor I & C equipment, the lightning protection components are developed and put into use. As the grounding system is being improved, the situation is changing positively. Through the analysis and treatment on the lightning stroke events, the technical measures of anti-lightning for the I & C system are proposed for reference in the industry.
