摘要: 中国正在发生一系列深刻变革,互联网的影响不断向各个领域渗透,互联网作为经济发展和社会发展关键技术推动力量的地位和作用进一步凸显。立足经济社会发展宏观视角,分析了智能电网发展面临的内外部形势,提出了智能电网发展的加乘法原则,提出了智能电网与互联网融合发展的POSBM分析框架,并对智能电网与互联网融合发展的重点领域及表现形式进行了分析。

Abstract: China is experiencing a series of profound changes, and the internet is filtering into various industries and its role in the economic society is manifesting. In view of the development of economic society, the internal and external situation is analyzed and the addition-multiplication law is proposed for the smart grid development. An analytical framework of POSBM is presented for the integrated development of smart grid and internet and the its focal fields are analyzed.
