河南省煤电装机支撑能力研究

Research on Support Ability of Installed Thermal Power in Henan Province

摘要: 河南省作为能源资源大省,在“十一五”末期已经变成能源净输入省。对河南省内资源及其支撑能力的分析表明,煤炭资源对省内煤电装机规模起决定作用,并得出资源支撑煤电装机容量上限的范围,提出为促进全省能源利用可持续发展,需要充分利用省外煤炭资源、水资源、环境空间,在利用现有及规划输煤通道的基础上,加大输入区外电力比例。该成果可为制定河南中长期能源发展战略提供决策参考。

Abstract: Although Henan is a province with rich energy resources, it has become a net energy import province since the late years of the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan(2006-2010)”. An analysis of the resources and their support ability in Henan Province shows that the coal resources play a decisive role, and the range of the upper limit of the installed thermal capacity that the resources can support is thus determined. It is proposed that in order to promote the sustainable energy utilization, the coal and water resources and the environmental capacities outside the province should be fully utilized and the proportion of the imported power shall be increased through utilizing the existing and planned coal transportation channels. The study results of this paper can provide a reference for formulating the medium-and long-term energy development strategy of Henan Province.
