Abstract: Promoting distributed generation to participate in power market transaction is the inevitable requirement of energy development and market development, while the distributed generation can participate in the market through the agent of electricity retailers. Under the background of spot market, by taking distributed photovoltaic (PV) generation as an example, a transaction decision-making model is proposed for coordinated electricity-sale mode with the minimum electricity purchasing cost of retailers as objective. This paper designs a "double-price" contract pricing mechanism for electricity retailers to determine the optimal decision price and settlement price based on the predicted and actual electricity prices respectively. The optimal decision price is used for model optimization, while the settlement price is used for contract settlement, thus realizing the balance of interests of both parties. The proposed mechanism and strategy for coordinated electricity-sale can provide some ideas for the electricity retailers to manage the distributed photovoltaic power generation and promote the effective utilization of distributed photovoltaic power in electricity market, and also can provide the basis for the electricity retailers to participate in the spot market under the new agent relationship.
