Open Access and Copyright Licensing

• Open access is a brand-new mechanism that differs from traditional academic dissemination. Its core feature is to provide free full-text services of academic information and research results to users via the Internet while respecting the rights of authors. Firstly, open access is an academic dissemination mechanism based on the Internet. Secondly, it is a free full-text information service mode. Under the open access model, researchers can access the full text of academic information without paying (including individual or group subscriptions). Finally, open access fully respects the rights of authors and does not violate the spirit of intellectual property rights.

  For this reason, Electric Power has specially formulated an open access policy for papers. All articles will be immediately and permanently available for free access on the journal's official website after publication. According to the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license agreement, you (the user) can copy, distribute, exhibit, perform, screen, broadcast or disseminate the work through information networks, but you must retain the original authorship. You can freely copy, distribute, display and perform the work, but only for non-commercial purposes.

  All authors who publish articles in this journal must sign the "Copyright Transfer Agreement", transferring the copyright of the article to the editorial department of Electric Power, including but not limited to electronic publication, multimedia publication, network publication and any other form of publication rights.
