Author Charges

• After the manuscript is accepted, except for manuscripts that are supported by National projects, the author's company or institution will be requested to pay a flat article processing charge of RMB 3000 regardless of the length of the paper. There are no charges for rejected articles, and no submission charges, editorial processing charges, page charges and color charges.

  Payment Terms

  Bank Transfer to State Grid Energy Research Institute. The account information will send to the author from e-mail after the article is accepted.
