Abstract: With the rapid development of advanced technologies such as 5G, Internet of Things and edge computing, large centralized data centers are constantly being built. However, the traditional business model of large centralized data centers still has a series of problems such as a single profit model and excessive operating costs, which leads to poor participation of stakeholders in the construction of large centralized data centers. This article starts with the practice of large centralized data centers in China. Then, four new business models of large centralized data centers are analyzed, and an index system is set to evaluate the business models. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the large centralized data center operators based on the evaluation and analysis.
