Research on Blockchain Application in Electricity Charge Settlement of Distributed Generation

Abstract: Distributed generation (DG) directly supplies power to users nearby, is conducive to improving energy efficiency and expanding the scale of renewable energy utilization. In this paper, based on the application scenario of distributed generation microgrid settlement business, a heterogeneous distributed generation settlement system is constructed by introducing blockchain and smart contract technology. The abstraction, generation and distribution method of smart contract, automatic execution method of settlement contract, cross-checking method of tariff data and convergence consensus method of transaction records are designed concretely. Finally, the system deployment and implementation suggestions are proposed based on specific application scenarios, in order to provide a new solution for improving the efficiency of settlement in distributed generation microgrid.
