Trend of Recent Power Demand in Eastern China

Abstract: The trend of power demand from main industries in eastern areas of China is analyzed with the reasons for power demand variation in different provinces discussed. The results indicate that some industries are still in a leading position in the country while some accelerate the transfer. The future of east regional economic development and the trend of power demand are predicted. Finally, some suggestions for ensuring the economic development and power supply in eastern provinces are put forward.
