摘要: 为适应节能减排、能源供应多元化和智能化的需求,促进能源供需健康可持续发展,需要研究适应能源供需发展趋势的能源决策支持技术。综述能源决策支持技术发展历程,归纳总结以常规能源为基础的经典能源决策支持技术、考虑新能源和电力输送等因素的现代能源决策支持技术的特点和适用范围,提出未来能源决策支持技术需要考虑的重点因素,以及简单模块-组合模型-综合应用的开放式、结构化的能源决策支持系统构建思路,为丰富中国能源决策支持体系提供参考。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction, and diversification and intelligentization of energy supply, promote healthy and sustainable development of energy demand and supply, it is urgent to study the energy decision-making supporting technology in accordance with the trend of energy demand and supply. In this paper, the development process of energy decision-making technology is reviewed. The characteristics of classic energy decision-making technology based on conventional energy and the modern energy decision-making technology considering the new energy and power transmission are summarized. Moreover, the key factors and the module-model-application architecture of future energy decision-making technology are proposed, which can provide a reference for study of energy decision-making technology in China.
