中国可再生能源发展路径研究

摘要: 长期以来,中国能源结构以煤为主,可再生能源比重偏低,能源发展面临能源安全、环境污染、气候变化等诸多问题。未来较长时期,中国仍将处于工业化中期和城镇化加快发展的阶段,能源电力需求将持续增长。大力发展可再生能源是应对能源需求增长、优化能源结构和布局、实现清洁发展的关键举措。在分析中国可再生能源资源状况和中长期能源需求基础上,指出了未来中国可再生能源开发的目标、重点、时序和消纳市场,提出了加快可再生能源发展的措施与建议。

Abstract: For a longtime, coal accounts a large proportion in China and the proportion of renewable energy resources is relatively low. The energy development faces many problems, such as energy security, environmental pollution, climate change, etc. As China is in the stage of accelerating industrialization and urbanization, energy and electricity demands will increase consistently. Developing and utilizing renewable energy is currently the most practicable measure to meet the requirements of the energy demand, energy structure and distribution optimization, and clean energy development. Based on the analysis of the renewable energy resources and mid-long term energy demand, this paper points out the future development targets, focuses, time sequence and consumption market of renewable energy resources in China. Besides, the related solutions and suggestions for accelerating renewable energy are proposed in this paper.
