随着中国电力市场体系建设初显成效,电力商品的市场化定价机制逐渐完善。市场化电价信号由发电企业、售电公司等多方主体竞争形成,经过批发、零售市场等环节的多层传导,最终传递至终端用户,其价格信号的有效性和稳定性将成为衡量电力市场全体系建设成效的重要标尺之一。在此背景下,首先总结了国内外电力市场价格体系的发展现状,分析总结了电力市场价格传导体系构建的关键问题;然后,从浙江视角出发,系统性梳理浙江电力市场价格传导体系构建的核心思路和实践经验,并对未来电力市场价格体系建设展开探讨与展望,以期为构建反映电力多元价值的市场化价格体系提供思路与参考。
