炸气流灭弧性能及应用效果分析

摘要: 为了研究爆炸气流灭弧防雷间隙的灭弧特性,通过对该灭弧防雷间隙的爆炸气流工频灭弧试验,得出了该灭弧防雷间隙的工频续流电弧在4 ms时间内即被强气流吹灭,气流维持时间大于6 ms。同时建立链式电弧模型和Mayr电弧模型分别对电弧所受气流压力和爆炸气流灭弧防雷间隙的能量散失特性进行研究,并利用力学软件ANSYS14.0对强气流干扰下的电弧能量进行仿真分析。从结果分析可知电弧在气流强压力作用下能量迅速耗散,并在极短时间内被截断熄灭。在实际运行中,降低雷击事故率97%,灭弧效果明显。

Abstract: In order to study the extinguishing characteristics of gas blast arc-quenching lightning protection gap, Through the explosion airflow power frequency arc extinguishing test of the lightning protection gap, concluded that the arcing gap lightning protection of stream power frequency arc in the 4 ms time be strong airflow blows out, the air flow to maintain time is more than 6 ms. At the same time establish a chain arc model and Mayr arc model of arc respectively research the air pressure and the energy lost characteristics of explosion airflow arc extinguishing lightning protection gap.And using mechanics software ANSYS14.0 to simulation analysis arc energy under the disturbance of strong airflow. The results of the analysis show that energy of the arc is reduced rapidly and the electric arc is extinguished in a very short period of time under the effect of airflow. And arc extinguishing data are obtained by experiment, arcing time is 0.4 ms, the airflow is maintained longer than 6 ms. In actual operation, it can lower 97% lightning accident rate and arcing effect is obvious.
