状态估计智能分析功能设计与应用

摘要: 通过对华北电网智能调度技术支持系统状态估计模块在量测和模型校验中存在的问题进行总结,指出现有状态估计在实际系统运行维护中的局限性,针对现有功能只能提供当前计算断面信息而无法对实际数据问题进行智能分析的缺陷,提出建立状态估计智能分析功能以加强状态估计的工程实用化效果。状态估计智能分析模块主要由错误数据初校验、智能分析与问题定位、结果展示与查询模块组成,通过校验、分析到结果展示实现电网基础数据问题定位功能。智能分析功能在华北系统的试运行表明,基本可以准确定位出电网基础数据出现的问题,辅助提升了电网基础数据的维护质量,提高了自动化运维工作效率,具有很好的推广应用价值。

Abstract: In this paper, a summary is made of the problems existing in measurement and model validation of the state estimation (SE) module of the North China Power Grid Smart Grid Operation Support System(SG-OSS), and the limitations of the existing SE are pointed out in operation of the real system. According to the defect that the existing SE can only provide the calculation functions but cannot make intelligent analysis of the real data, it is proposed to build the intelligent analysis function of SE to enhance the real project application effects of the SE. The intelligence analysis functions include such modules as measurement error check, intelligent analysis, problem location, result display and query, which can make the measurements error be located. The operation in the North China power grid SG-OSS shows that the intelligence analysis capabilities can accurately locate the data errors of power grid, which can improve the quality of basic data and the efficiency of automatic maintenance. The operation results indicate that the system can be widely applied.
