Research on Resource and Environmental Value Oriented Thermal Power Plant Dispatching

Abstract: When making power dispatching strategies on energy conservation and environmental protection for thermal power plants, the interests of different enterprises under the government intervention must be balanced. To realize the tradings in energy saving and emission reduction between the thermal power generation enterprises in one grid by taking advantage of energy allocation by power dispatch and with resource and environmental value in consideration can, balance the relationship of the stakeholders, arouse their enthusiasm, save administrative resources and eventually achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction. In this paper, the compensatory mechanism between thermal power generation enterprises is established and its algorithm is studied.
