Abstract: It is of great significance in independent blockchain technology innovation for China to strengthen the research on blockchain standardization and enhance China’s international discourse power and rule-making power. First of all, the paper investigates the current standardization status of energy and electric power blockchain technology both at home and abroad. Secondly, based on the status quo that the energy and electric power blockchain standard system is in the primary phase both at home and abroad, the paper proposes for the first time the construction principles, research ideas and standard system framework of the energy and electric power blockchain standard system, and plans the key components in the standard system such as the basic commonality, core technology, services, business applications, and security. Finally, the paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the status quo and needs of standardization, builds a comprehensive standard implementation evaluation model, formulates the implementation plans and evaluation methods for energy and electric power blockchain technology standardization, and proposes a suggestion on implementation of the energy and electric power blockchain technology.
