The Research and Application of Thermal Control Simulation Test Device for Optimization of Advanced Thermal Control Scheme

Abstract: To address the lack of simple and effective testing methods during the current research process of advanced thermal control strategies, the thermal control simulation test device is developed based on the minimum distributed control system using high precision simulation technology. The device, which has good stability and extendibility, can be widely used for thermal control logic optimization and personnel training. Then, aiming at the poor tuning precision of the coordinated control system(CCS) of a 600 MW supercritical unit, an optimization scheme is proposed and tested on the established simulation device. The result of simulation shows that the precision and accuracy of the CCS are improved by applying the proposed optimization scheme. The success of the optimization case shows that the developed thermal control simulation test device can meet the requirements of advanced thermal control scheme test, and provide a way for advanced thermal control scheme testing and relevant scientific researches.
