Abstract: There are a lot of energy storage in the pipes of the superheaters at power plant. Experimental data showed that unit power generation and the main steam pressure change quickly through changing superheaters stored energy. The paper proposes a coordination control method including the boiler heat stored energy feed-forward. The results show that the proposed method can effectively suppress the throttle pressure fluctuation. Thus, the method significantily accelerate the load response ability, as well as enhances peak load regulation ability of coal-fired power plant.
