Abstract: Reformation of distribution lines is one of the core tasks of energy planning. However, power supply departments are prone to focus only on aspect of problem in practical work and failed to achieve global optimization. A new decision method of medium-voltage distribution lines reform is proposed with consideration of line loss evaluation index. The line loss evaluation system including line structure, technical equipment and line economic operation indicator is developed based on comprehensive weights and fuzzy theory. In view of main factors influencing assessment, a fuzzy evaluation matrix is established through the up half trapezoidal membership function. Meanwhile, an integrated weight is derived by combing interval analytic hierarchy process and effect risk entropy-weight. Proposed route is assessed by using five kinds of evaluation methods for emergency order. Finally the established model is applied to line loss evaluation of medium voltage distribution power system, which could be the guidance for energy saving reconstruction and loss reduction.

Key words: distribution line, energy-saving reformation, line loss evaluation, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation
