摘要: 某电厂二期工程2台660 MW超超临界机组再热汽温选择623 ℃高参数,在全球的∏型锅炉中将是首次采用。介绍了目前660 MW超超临界机组再热汽温603 ℃的使用运行情况,分析提出了再热汽温提高到623 ℃的相关设计方案及相应的安全措施,并进行了经济性分析,指出锅炉在安装、调试和运行中应注意的问题。

Abstract: The 623 ℃ reheat steam temperature will be adopted for two 660-MW ultra-supercritical units in phase II of a power plant project. This is the first case for type Π boilers in the world. The operation of the 660-MW ultra-supercritical units with 603 ℃ reheat steam temperature is introduced, and then the design of elevating the reheat steam temperature up to 623℃ is presented. Further, related economic analysis is conducted and security measures are proposed. Finally, some suggestions on the installation, debugging and operation of the two boilers are also included.
