吸收式热泵在供热机组中的应用分析

摘要: 为了评估吸收式热泵在供热机组中的作用,建立了吸收式热泵在供热机组上应用的节能计算模型,并以某300 MW供热机组为例,对机组的系统能效进行了计算与分析。结果表明,供热机组在安装了吸收式热泵以后,供热量相同的情况下可大幅度减少抽汽量,在一般情况下,供热机组安装吸收式热泵后,所带来的收益为汽轮机所增加的发电量,而非简单的回收热量。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the effect of the absorption heat pump used in heating units, an energy-saving computing model of the absorption heat pump is established and the efficiency of the system with the absorption heat pump is calculated and analyzed for a 300-MW heat supply unit. The results show that the extraction steam from the unit can be saved substantially assuming the same heating load if the absorption heat pump is installed. Therefore, the benefit of installing the pump generally comes from the power generation increase of the steam turbine rather than the heat simply recovered.
