EDXRF法快速测定煤中的氯含量

摘要: 从锅炉防腐和环保方面考虑,测定煤中Cl元素很有必要。测定煤中Cl现有国家标准方法为常规的化学分析法,分析步骤烦琐、速度慢、影响因素多,难以获得较高的精确度。为此,对能量色散X射线荧光光谱(EDXRF)法测定煤中Cl进行了研究。EDXRF法测定煤中Cl速度快,与标准物质的比对试验和与标准方法的比对试验结果表明,该方法准确度和精确度较高,因此有较好的应用前景。

Abstract: For the purpose of boiler corrosion prevention and environmental protection, it is very necessary to determine the Cl- in the coal fuels. The procedures of conventional chemical analysis in the existing national standard method are quite complicate, with low efficiency and accuracy due to many influencing factors. Therefore, the measurement of Cl- is studied using the energy dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectrum method(EDXRF). The result of antitheses tests on standard materials and methods show that by virtue of EDXRF method the chlorine can be determined fast with, high accuracy and high precision, which reveals its a promising prospect in applications.
