碳中和背景下的工业用户综合用能指标体系多维画像方法

Multi Dimensional Portrait Method of Industrial Users’ Comprehensive Energy Consumption Index System Under the Background of Carbon Neutrality

摘要: 工业用户作为能源消耗与二氧化碳排放的重要主体,合理刻画其综合能效对节能减排有着重要意义,也是国家双碳战略目标得以实施的重要抓手。为此,构建了工业用户用能多维画像指标体系。首先,从低碳用能、可靠用能、高效用能、经济用能和智慧用能5个维度构建了相应的评价指标,形成了具有目标层、准则层和指标层的综合评估指标体系;其次,利用层次分析法确定指标权重并计算综合用能指数,形成了工业用户多维用能画像;最后,选取4家不同行业的工业用户进行综合用能多维画像,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: As an important subject of energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, it is of great importance to portray the comprehensive energy efficiency of industrial users reasonably. Meanwhile, they are the key targets for the realization of the “dual carbon goal”. For this purpose, we establish a multidimensional portrait of industrial users based on the comprehensive energy use index system. Firstly, we construct a corresponding evaluation system from five dimensions: reliable energy use, efficient energy use, economic energy use, low-carbon energy use and intelligent energy use and formed a comprehensive evaluation index system with target layer, criterion layer and index layer. Secondly, we obtain index weights and calculate the integrated energy use index based on hierarchical analysis to form a multidimensional energy use portrait of industrial users. Finally, by selecting four industrial users from different industries as examples, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
