摘要: 储能的快速发展促进了清洁能源消纳,保障电网安全稳定运行,但对适应储能参与电力市场的机制设计带来新的挑战。基于国内外储能参与现货市场的经验启示,以浙江省为例对储能参与现货电能量市场和调频市场的收益分别进行了模拟测算。结果表明,受储能转换效率、损耗和输配电成本的影响,储能参与电能量市场的整体收益不佳,但在调频市场具有一定优势。

Abstract: The rapid development of energy storage promotes the consumption of clean energy and ensures the safe and stable operation of power grid, but it also brings new challenges to the mechanism design of energy storage to participate in the power market. Based on the experience and enlightenment of energy storage participating in the spot market in the domestic and overseas, taking Zhejiang Province as an example, the benefits of energy storage participating in spot energy market and frequency regulation auxiliary service are simulated and calculated respectively. The results show that due to the influence of energy storage conversion efficiency, power loss and the cost of transmission and distribution system, the overall income of energy storage participating in the electric energy market does not achieve the expectation, but it has certain advantages in the frequency regulation auxiliary service.
