摘要: 针对某火电厂330 MW机组双级动叶可调式轴流风机振动过程进行详细描述,并通过热态试验、解体检修及现场振动测试对引起风机振动原因进行详细分析。结合振动现象、数据测试及振动故障诊断找到引起风机振动的主要原因,并提出解决方案,从根本消除了风机振动。研究结果对于大型燃煤发电机组双级动叶可调轴流风机改造,特别是目前广泛应用的引增合一风机的安全运行工作有指导意义。

Abstract: The vibration problems of induced fans with two-stage adjustable rotor blades in a 300 MW power generation unit are described in details. By virtue of hot test, disassembly overhaul and onsite vibration test, the causes of vibrations are analyzed. By taking account of the observations during the vibration process, the data testing and the fault diagnosis all together, the culprit of vibration is figured out and corresponding solutions are proposed. Consequently, the root cause of vibration is eliminated fundamentally. The study result can provide reference for the retrofit and secure operation of axial fans with two-stage adjustable rotor blades in coal-fired generating units.
