换流站滤波器非同步投切对其差动保护的影响

摘要: 无功补偿设备广泛应用于电力系统各电压等级,更是直流换流站的主要一次设备。高岭背靠背换流站连接了东北—华北2个大型同步电网,是国家电网公司负责的重要联网工程之一。换流站自投运以来曾发生多次滤波器(电容器)组背靠背投切后保护误动跳闸故障,系统中电容器组非同步投切导致的系统暂态冲击扰动问题突出。介绍高岭换流站滤波器组的拓扑结构,分析滤波器组保护的配置情况。结合生产实际中出现的故障案例,研究滤波器最优的投切时刻对滤波器继电保护动作特性的影响。综合理论分析和现场实测数据,说明换流站滤波器保护误动作的原因,并提出相关反事故措施。

Abstract: Capacitive compensation is widely used in power systems at different voltage levels. Gaoling back to back converter station is a key project of State Grid, which connects the Northeast and North China power grids. Mal-operations of the AC filter differential protection occurred after the station was commissioned in 2008. In order to keep the security of the AC filter and capacitor banks, unfavorable transient problems associated with capacitor switching and potential nearby faults were inspected thoroughly. The configuration of the AC filter in GaoLing station was introduced. Based on a fault record, the causes of one of the mal-operation were analyzed. The optimal filter switching time was studied. Based on the analysis, parameters for the point on wave switching equipment were calculated. Improvements was made in the AC filter differential protection.
