浙江电网输电线路智能化建设分析

摘要: 输电线路智能化建设是构建智能电网、满足新能源发展需要、实现能源资源大范围优化配置的关键环节之一。介绍了浙江电网输电线路智能化的建设目标及规划方案;结合应用实例,从输电线路状态监测系统、直升飞机智能巡检系统、地理信息系统(GIS)、输电设备状态评价等方面,分析了支撑浙江电网输电线路智能化建设的关键技术,指出了输电线路智能化建设对提高输电线路检修工作效率和运行管理水平具有重要意义。

Abstract: Intelligent construction of transmission lines is one of the key links for smart grid establishment, new energy sources development and wide range energy resources optimal allocation. The goal and planning of the intelligent construction of transmission lines in Zhejiang power grid are introduced. With application examples, the key technologies used in the construction are analyzed from the aspects of system condition monitoring, intelligent inspection system with helicopters, geographic information system (GIS) and power transmission equipment condition evaluation. The intelligent construction of transmission lines is of great significance to improve maintenance efficiency and transmission line operation.
