基于GPRS/CDMA技术的共用接地极隔离开关状态监测

摘要: 随着特高压/高压直流输电工程的大规模建设,为节省工程用地、降低工程造价,共用接地极技术被普遍采用。而对于共用接地极站内每条直流接地极隔离开关位置及其状态目前还只能依靠人工巡检,从整个工程生命周期看,造成了很大的人员和资金浪费,且效率较低。基于目前应用广泛的通信、清洁能源发电、智能微网、高压线路绝缘监测等成熟技术,提出了一种基于GPRS/CDMA技术和太阳能风能互补电源技术实现共用接地极站侧接地隔离开关的远程监测技术方案,并且造价不高,解决了多年困扰高压直流输电运行和建设部门的难题。

Abstract: The common ground pole design of multi-circuit UHVDC/HVDC system has become the developing trend of UHVDC/HVDC system ground pole design in order to save pole sites and cost. At present, position and status of the electrode side disconnector can only be monitored manually which is inefficient and expensive for the project life cycle. A feasible scheme based on GPRS/CDMA communication technology and solar wind hybrid power generation is proposed to provide cost effective and efficient disconnector remote monitoring for system opeartion and construction. The method adpots many mature technologies such as GPRS/CDMA communication, clean energy generation, smart microgrid and high voltage insulation monitoring.
