燃煤电站SCR催化剂更换周期及策略优化数学模型

摘要: 对燃煤电站烟气脱硝选择性催化还原(SCR)催化剂的有效管理进行了研究,得到催化剂活性预测模型、反应器脱硝性能计算数学模型和催化剂更新效益评估模型。根据这些模型,可以对催化剂更新策略进行研究,并可对其效益进行评估。SCR脱硝反应器性能计算可采用分层计算的方法,所有催化剂层脱硝潜能之和即为反应器脱硝潜能的总和。对运行数日的催化剂及新催化剂样品进行了催化活性测试,得到了催化剂失活函数,为催化剂更新及其效益评估的工程实践打下了基础。

Abstract: In this paper, the efficient management of SCR catalyst in coal-fired power plants is studied and the models for catalyst activity forecasting, reactor performance computing and catalyst replacement efficiency estimating are established. These models can be used to study catalyst replacement strategies and evaluate their benefit and efficiency. The performance of SCR reactors is determined by the hierarchy calculation method which summarizes the potential from the first layer of the catalyst to its last layer. The activeness of the catalyst in running and the new catalyst samples tested, and the activeness loss function is obtained, which lays the foundation for catalyst upgrading and benefit evaluation in the practice.
