基于空冷岛性能在线监测的风机优化调节

摘要: 空冷岛作为空冷发电机组的冷端,其性能优化对提高机组运行经济性、实现电厂节能意义重大。针对某 600 MW 亚临界直接空冷机组,建立冷端系统优化模型,采用等效热降法,在线计算机组实时最佳背压。通过建立空冷岛状态性能监测系统,实现对凝结水过冷度和清洁因子的在线监测,并依据监测结果,对空冷岛各台风机运行频率实施优化微调,实现空冷岛基于在线监测的性能深度优化。本冷端在线监测和优化运行技术已应用在该 600 MW 空冷机组,取得了良好的经济效益,为空冷机组冷端优化运行和智慧电厂建设运行提供了参考。

Abstract: As the air-cooled island is the cold-end of the air-cooled generator, its performance optimization is of great significance to improve the operation economy and reach the goal of the energy saving for the power plant. Taking a 600 MW subcritical direct air-cooled unit as the research object, the optimization calculation model of the cold-end system is established, and the equivalent heat drop method is used to calculate the optimal real-time back-pressure of the unit. Through the establishment of the air-cooled island state performance monitoring system, the condensate sub-cooling degree and cleaning factors is able to be monitored online. According to the monitoring results, the operation frequency of each fan on the air-cooled island is tuned precisely such that the online monitoring based in-depth optimization is performed for the performance of the air-cooled island. The online monitoring and optimization operation technology has been applied to the 600 MW air-cooled unit and has achieved good economic benefits, which can provide positive reference for the optimal operation of the cold-end of air-cooled units as well as the construction of smart power plant.
