旋流锅炉低氮燃烧器改造后运行情况分析

摘要: 国内某600 MW机组锅炉经旋流低氮燃烧器改造后,NOx排放浓度明显下降,但在运行中出现了诸多问题。针对改造后突显的再热器壁温超温、锅炉运行两侧氧量偏差变大、高负荷下NOx得不到有效的控制等方面进行分析并提出了改进措施,保证了锅炉低氮燃烧器运行的高效性和安全性。

Abstract: The emission of NOx decreased obviously after the transformation with low NOx burner (LNB) for a 600 MW unit. However, there are some problems during the process in operation, such as overheating of the reheater, the high oxygen deviation and the high NOx emission under high power loads. The problems are discussed in this paper and some improvement measures are proposed to ensure the efficiency and safety of LNB.
