电网变压器铁心磁致伸缩与油箱外特性关联分析

摘要: 研究主要关注变压器本体的振动原理、噪声频谱特征,建立从铁心磁致伸缩、振动传递途径、油箱振动到油箱噪声外特性的关联关系。同时,介绍了现有设备标准、噪声排放标准不匹配现象。通过对铁心2个方向上的振动加速度测量,明确振动的频率特征;通过对大量变电站实测数据的分析,总结变压器的本体声压级特征、频谱特征、振动特征的统计规律以及集中度。建立了磁致伸缩频率与油箱外噪声特性的关联关系,验证了噪声频谱特性为100 Hz及其整数倍特征。变压器铁心由磁致伸缩引起的振动频率为工频激励电流频率的2倍,即100 Hz。而油箱外噪声特性表现为100 Hz基频的各整数倍高次谐波同样有噪声贡献,如200 Hz、300 Hz、400 Hz等。变电设备本体降噪是发展趋势之一。

Abstract: The paper mainly focuses on the study of the vibration principle and noise spectrum characteristics of transformer bodies, and on the establishment of the relevance of magnetostriction, vibration transmitting path, tank vibration and the external noise characteristics of oil tanks. An introduction is made on the mismatching problems between the existing equipment standards and noise emission standards. The vibration accelerations of cores are measured in two directions to determine the frequency characteristics of vibration. The sound pressure level characteristics, frequency spectrum characteristics, vibration characteristics and their concentration of power transformers are discussed based on a comprehensive analysis of numerous measured noise data of substations. The correlation between the magnetostriction frequency and the external noise characteristics of oil tank is established, and it is proved that the noise frequencies are mostly 100 Hz or its integer times. The vibration frequency of transformer core caused by magnetostriction is two times the frequency of power frequency exciting current, which is equal to 100 Hz. The external noise of oil tank is characterized by that both the fundamental frequency of 100 Hz and the higher harmonic frequency of its integer times such as 200 Hz, 300 Hz and 400 Hz have remarkable peak values. It will be the focus in the future to develop the technology for noise reduction of the transformer bodies.
