大数据分析在汽轮机调节门特性参数辨识及优化中的应用

摘要: 汽轮机调节阀特性参数的准确获取是对其精确控制的前提,同时影响到机组负荷稳定、一次调频品质和AGC品质,是机网协调的一项重要工作。目前,汽轮机调节阀特性参数均通过现场试验得到。结合大数据分析方法,对机组历史数据进行挖掘计算,准确辨识出汽轮机调节门特性参数;以阀组流量线性化为目标,计算得到了调节阀流量管理优化曲线。

Abstract: As a major task in unit-grid coordination, accurate acquisition of the steam turbine regulating valve’s characteristics is the precondition for its precise control. Furthermore, it also affects the unit load stability, the qualities of primary frequency control and AGC performance. Presently, the turbine valve’s characteristics are obtained through field tests. Based on the large data analysis method, the turbine control valve’s characteristic parameters are accurately identified through historical data mining calculation. Therefore, towards the goal to linearize the flow characteristics of valve group, the optimized control valve’s flow management curve is acquired through computation.
