摘要: IEC 61850通信技术在智能电网系统中得到了广泛应用,但目前没有与火电厂相关的IEC 61850通信标准。通过对IEC 61850通信技术标准的内容及其在智能变电站中应用情况的总结和研究,分析了其应用在火电厂升压站、机组以及厂用电系统的控制、保护、状态监测等方面的可行性,对目前阶段的应用现状进行了介绍,提出了IEC 61850通信技术在火电厂电气系统中应用的实施方案及建议。

Abstract: IEC 61850 communication technology is widely used in smart grid. However, no IEC 61850 communication standard has been enacted for fossil fuel power plant yet. Based on an investigation of the contents of IEC 61850 and its application in smart substation, the feasibility is analyzed for application of the IEC 61850 in control, protection and status monitoring of switchyard, generator units and auxiliary power system of the fossil fuel power plant, and its current application situation is introduced. In the end, the implementation plan and suggestions are proposed for application of the IEC 61850 communication technology in the fossil fuel power plant.
