摘要: 针对新型本地数字化电力感知业务差异化对通信性能的需求,灵活合理的通信技术适配对建立安全、可靠、经济的电力通信网络至关重要。面向新型电力系统中的新型本地数字化感知场景,首先,对典型本地通信技术和电力业务通信性能需求进行分析和总结,构建了多层多指标维度综合评价模型;其次,提出基于相关系数的模糊层次分析-熵权主客观组合权重法进行通信指标赋权;最后,结合改进的逼近理想解排序法计算加权评价得分获得适配结果。结果表明:所提评价模型和适配算法为新型本地数字化电力感知业务与通信技术适配提供了理论基础和解决方案。

Abstract: In view of the requirements of the differentiated new local digital power perception service for communication performance, the adaptation of flexible and reasonable communication technology is essential to establish a safe, reliable and economic power communication network. Aiming at the new local digital perception scenarios of the new power system, an analysis is firstly carried out on the requirements for the communication performance of the typical local communication technology and power business, and a multi-level and multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. Secondly, a combined subjective and objective weighting method by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process-entropy weight based on correlation coefficient is proposed to determine the weights of indexes. And finally, the best fit-technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (BF-TOPSIS) is used to calculate the weighted evaluation scores to obtain adaptation results. The results show that the proposed evaluation model and adaptive algorithms can provide a theoretical basis and solutions for matching between new local digital power perception services and local communication technologies.
