湿法烟气脱硫中石膏雨的形成及其控制措施

Analysis and Control meaaures for Gypsum rain of Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization

摘要: 采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺的燃煤电厂在取消烟气换热器(GGH)之后,石膏雨现象变得严重,对环境造成不良影响。深入分析了石膏雨的来源、形成过程及影响因素,介绍了几种常见且具有一定工业应用价值的石膏雨解决方案,并结合各方案的工程案例讨论了各自的优缺点,为燃煤电厂湿法脱硫系统改造提供借鉴。同时指出,对当前的脱硫工艺进行优化以及开发适合我国国情的新型湿式电除尘器设备,对于我国大气污染防治具有前瞻性意义。

Abstract: After the uninstalling of gas-gas heater from limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization technology of coal-fired power plants,gypsum rain become serious,and adversely affect the environment.This paper deeply analyzes the sources,forming process and influencing factors of gypsum rain,introduces several common solutions which have certain industrial application value. Combined with the engineering case, the advantages and disadvantages of each solution are discussed,which provide experience for actual WFGD system transformation in coal-fired power plants.Also pointed out it's good for air pollution controlthat the current desulfurization process optimization and develop new wet electrostalic precipitator suited to China's national conditions.
