燃煤电站SCR脱硝催化剂更换策略研究

摘要: 选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝装置在火电厂的应用越来越普及,所使用的催化剂价格昂贵,对催化剂进行有效管理意义重大。对SCR脱硝催化剂有效管理所涉及的主要内容进行研究,包括催化剂更换方式、安装次序和再生催化剂的使用等,根据现场实际,设计了几种催化剂的更换方式,并对其效益进行评估。研究结果表明,在保证脱硝装置脱硝效率和氨逃逸率达标的基础上,使用再生催化剂和采用新旧催化剂安装位置调整等方法较传统方法经济性要好,成本相对较低。

Abstract: SCR is widely used in the power plants for the reducing of NOx. In addition, the cost of catalyst is so high. Researches on the management of the catalyst for SCR systems are conducted by us. This research concentrates on the changing method for the catalyst, strategy for the changing of the catalyst, models for the changing of catalyzer considering the economical effect. Our research on the strategy of changing of catalyst of SCR systems is very important for catching up with foreign countries on the managing strategy on the catalyst. In addition, this research is important for the running of SCR systems in our country, which is both science and technology value.
